Muriwai and the Gannet Colony, May 2016

It wasn't exactly a warm day, and in fact most of the day had already run away on us when we decided to make up a picnic dinner and dash out to Muriwai for the afternoon.It's always easy to forget how worthwhile it is to get out of the city even if it's only for a few hours, and I'm glad we did it - turned out to be great fun and beautiful light as the sun set.[gallery type="rectangular" size="large" ids="594,602,596,598,599,601,600,603,604,605,606,607,608,597,595"]
