Tokaanu Thermal Walk

We were pleasantly surprised by this short walk next to the hot pools in Tokaanu - well maintained paths led through native bush with mudpools, small hot springs and deep pools with wildly varied colouration - well worth a stop - and the hot pools themselves, while basic, make for a wonderfully relaxing experience.
